The Moscow Mule is a very popular drink right now, though it's far from new. It's simple and refreshing: vodka, ginger beer and lime. It was huge in the 40's and 50's, and it's the drink that popularized vodka as a mixing liquor in the US. The catch is, a real Moscow Mule is served in a copper cup. There's a great write-up about the Moscow Mule (along with recipe) on Esquire's website.
This Moscow Mule mug is solid copper. It is lined with nickel and lacquered to keep the finish shiny and bright. The handle is made of cast brass. 16 ounce capacity.
