Policies & Shipping
Our online store policies are pretty straightforward.
- If you order something and you don’t like it or you change your mind, you can return the item for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After that, you can still return the item up to 30 days after purchase for a Hugh store credit. We make every effort to describe items accurately, so unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
- In rare circumstances a product must be special ordered. We will note that in the description, but in those instances the item is final sale and non-returnable and non-refundable.
Furniture & Lighting
- All furniture and lighting is by special order. You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel, after that all sales are final. If you are thinking about placing an order and have any questions please feel free to give us a call or e-mail us. Our contact information is below.
- Shipping is based on purchase amount and your location.
– For orders of other items up to $50 shipping will be $9-$12.
– For orders up to $99 shipping is $12-$15.
– For orders over $100, shipping is free (exceptions noted in item description)
– Actual shipping costs may be less than the amount charged at checkout. If this is case, your card will only be charged for the actual shipping cost. You will never be charged more than the amount stated at checkout.
- Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. If that is not the case, we will send you a notification with the expected shipping time. Shipment is by Fedex Ground or USPS and is always insured.
